Leaks from Parliamentarian sources very closed to Saleh Al-Moutlak confirmed that he is responsible to create “ Mohamed The Conqueror Army” who was announced its existence yesterday on Al-Rumadi (Al-Anabar ) Province.
They said Al-Moutlak is getting a special fund from Saudia Arabia with initial payment
of 5 million USD. The army training and supply will be from another country.
The directions and interests of this army are purely sectarian despite they announced that their goal is fighting the occupation forces. The well known strong ties of the leader of this army with the Americans and British is a good indication that the intentions of this army are sectarian and may be even ethnic.
