The deputy prime minister: Iraqi Leadership will support citizens of Kirkuk in their efforts to defeat the terrorism and restore peace and stability in their city.
(24July) -Dr Barham Saleh deputy prime minister had a quick and sudden visit to Kirkuk city with a high rank government members. He had a meeting at the city council with the city administration officials. This meeting was concentrating primarily on the security issues of Kirkuk city and its surroundings with the required means to defeat the terrorism. according to an informed source.
Dr Saleh announced in a press conference following the meeting, that this government team is visiting the victims of the latest terrorist attack in the city and to get informed about the security situation of this state.

Prime minister deputy answered that we requested a detailed and comprehensive report about the security matters of this state to be discussed in the government meeting. The report and the government’s comments will then passed to the responsible officials to adopt the suitable and decisive solution to overcome terrorism.
Dr Saleh clarify that the Iraqi government is capable to defeat terrorism.
The government team visited the injured victims of terrorist attack on 23 July in Azadi Hospital.
